Client input form: After initial deposit has been received. You will be asked to fill a client input form in your account. Prototypes/Concepts: Immediately this form has been received, we begin work and provide you with web site prototypes. Think of the Prototypes/Concepts as rough drafts, or "mockups" of what your web site will look like when it's completed. You select a prototype of your choice and decide on the specifics such as: colors, logo etc., creating your custom web site Example
Prototypes Review: In a few days, you'll receive 2 to 3 different web site prototypes/concepts for review.
Second Invoice: When satisfied with your prototype design, you'll be invoiced for another 40% for the completion of your web site design.
Content Provisioning: While we are developing concepts, you will provide us with "copy" (the non-technical term is text) and images that will appear on each page of the web site
Pre-launch Evaluation: Upon web site design completion, we send you a link for review. At this stage, you can advise us of any changes that need to be made.
Final Invoice: After you approve your web site, you'll be invoiced for the final 50% of your project.
Launch web site: We upload your web site and thoroughly test all functions.
Ongoing Support: Your newly designed web site goes live! We will then begin submitting your web site to search engines so that your new internet presence can easily be found. Our support doesn't end when your web site is completed-- we have an "open-door" policy so that you can call us at any time with questions or concerns and receive fast, friendly support.
